Happy New Year? Why is it that most of us revert to our non-seasonal greetings about seven days into the New Year? Is it because the “new” year starts feeling OLD after one week? That should not be the case because after all, it is only one week down and you have 51 weeks to go. If you keep the “New Year” state of mind, you can extend the energy and excitement that you felt on January 1st. To do this you need to avoid the SSDY – same situation, different YEAR - mentality that can creep into your daily life by creating a compelling vision for the future. Your vision can serve as a catalyst and guide for what you want to experience and accomplish in the coming year and beyond.
